Details you choose to provide.
Registration records your screen name, normalised email, password hash and account creation time. Eligibility acceptance includes its policy version and country. The full birth date entered for the age check is not retained.
A support submission records your email, topic, message, time and request reference. If signed in, the request may be associated with the account. Include only the details necessary to explain the request.
The service stores favourites, private Reel Notes and account preferences when you use them. Notes are not published as reviews or shared with other players.
Records that keep a visit consistent.
Sessions, game selections, play levels, round references, settled results, feature state and credit activity support play continuity and investigation of errors. They keep the fictional balance consistent after an interruption.
Browser session secrets are held in HttpOnly cookies; their digests are stored by the server. Short-lived rate-limit records protect forms and play requests. Ordinary connection information reaches the server as part of a technical request; it is not used here to construct an advertising profile.
A guest visit and its browser.
The server holds a guest balance, recent bounded credit activity, recorded rounds and feature state during the seven-day visit. The current browser keeps the secret needed to resume that visit. These records stay separate from a registered account.
Your device may remember requested sound, motion, accessibility and quality settings in local storage. Removing that storage may reset preferences or end access to a session, while server-held account records remain separate.
Account breaks are recorded for the account. A browser restriction applies in the current browser. These controls do not identify and block every other browser or device.
Cookies and optional measurement.
Essential cookies recognise sign-in, eligibility, guest visits, security tokens and your saved cookie choice. Their names and lifetimes are listed in the Cookie Policy.
No optional analytics or advertising measurement is active. Cookie choices are accessible from the footer. A future optional tool would need an accurate policy and controls before collecting optional data.
Purpose, access and retention.
Account and play records deliver requested functionality, protect access and resolve support enquiries. Email is used for requested recovery and support correspondence. Registration does not enrol you in marketing.
Account records remain available while in use or until a verified removal request is processed. Guest access lasts seven days. Account sessions expire after fourteen days; recovery links after twenty minutes. Support and security records are reviewed against their purpose when a removal request is handled.
Application storage is restricted to operating the service. Hosting and transactional-message providers may handle information needed to fulfil a request. Account data is not sold, and identifiable play activity is not published as a social feed.
Your requests and security choices.
For access, correction or removal requests, select Privacy or account data at the assistance desk, or write to playerhelp@tampajourney.com. Reasonable evidence of account control may be required before information is disclosed or changed. An acknowledgement confirms receipt rather than completion.
Use a unique password and sign out on shared devices. A completed password reset ends previous account sessions. If you believe someone under 18 has provided information, contact the assistance desk for investigation.
